So according to glow I’m 4 dpo I’ve been cramping today and had pink spotting

Are you tracking ovulation.. 4dpo is too early for implantation but you can have ovulation spotting

Due to ovulation. Nothing pregnancy related has occurred yet. If you have conceived, implantation (on average) normally occurs at 9 dpo, as early as 7 dpo, or as late as 12 dpo (so anywhere in-between). And if implantation does take place, it takes another 2-3 days for the HCG to rise, and for any symptoms, if any, to show after.
