Second guessing myself due to Makena

So I was placed on the makena with this pregnancy. This is our third baby. The first was born at 35 weeks and our second at 34 weeks. I’m now 38 weeks tomorrow. I had my last shot at 36 weeks. Well for about a month or so I was told I was 1 cm dilated and still pretty thick around the baby’s head.

Started having serious contractions last Saturday. Went to L&D and I was told I was 1.5 cm dilated, still pretty thick, and posterior cervix.

I’ve been walking and every time I feel serious pressure and it gets hard to finish my walk. Yesterday I had contractions and bowel movements all day and then this morning I lost a bit more of my mucus plug, I’ve been bursting with energy, I don’t really have an appetite and a few contractions. Anyone else feel like this or had the makena??? Every time I have bad constant contractions I get sent back home and no changes....it really has me second guessing if I should go to the hospital or not.
