Have you given your baby cows milk yet?

We give my boy 2-4ozs of whole cow milk in 1-2 bottles a day. Example: morning snack bottle will have 4ozs of formula & 4ozs of cow milk & bedtime bottle will be the same but every other bottle he has will be 8ozs of formula. He also gets 1 cup a day of 4-6ozs of water for lunch

I'll be waiting as long as I can. There's no benefits in cows milk that we can't find somewhere else in a better way. Please inform me if you think differently. I'd really like opinions as this is something I'm really contemplating. I'll be talking with our pediatrition about other options like goats milk or toddler formula. Or even just a well balanced diet.

Per his pediatrician we will not be starting until after his first bday!! We will do a mix of organic whole milk and almond milk.

My doctor said to start whole milk with one meal a day. He drinks every drop. He still gets his 4 bottles a day but I’ve noticed he doesn’t drink like he used to.

We did once as a test to see if he likes it/had any issues. We will be starting it closer to 12 months (less than a month away!)

Our doctor has asked us to start lo on buffalo milk as it's easier on the stomach. And then switch on to cow's.
