Teething this early??

My baby will be 3 months old on the 30th. The last 3-4 days/nights he has been SO fussy when going down for a nap or sleep. Normally he falls asleep instantly, we have the same routine that we’ve had since day 1. But these last few days he’s fighting it hard and screams a lot. He’s also been drooling a tooon and chewing on everything. Any toy he can get to his mouth he does, and he shoves his hands in there constantly lol. He also usually doesn’t take a paci too often but he will not sleep without it now. I tried gripe water and gas drops, neither helped. So tonight we gave him some Tylenol and he instantly passed out. I can’t tell by looking at his gums though, he keeps licking my fingers so I haven’t been able to get a good look lol. I just didn’t think they teethed this soon! I know he’s going through a leap too so it could be that.
