Rash on 3 month old ?!?

Does anyone know what this is ? Should I contact her doc or give her otc meds ? If so whst are some good ones to help ?

My baby has a very similar skin especially after his bath. My dr told me it seems dry and to use a fat cream twice a day to ease it and if it would stay inflamed to get in touch - could be eczema.
So I’d use a harmless cream against dryness and contact your dr to be sure on what’s best! Good luck
