New Mom Anxiety

Hey Mommas ! So I just had my baby a week ago and I’m so in love with her ! My boyfriend AKA her Dad was able to take a week off work which helped so much. I can’t even imagine moms that have to be on their own immediately after birth. Unfortunately, he has to go back this week and I have major anxiety on doing this on my own ! I need advice as to how some of you managed it and any tips on what helped you being alone with the baby for the first time . Thank you ! :)
