Moo? Early leaky breasts

So I have a baby already(about 5-6 months) and I just got a positive test a few days ago. Not strong enough to test positive(on a digital) in the evening but still enough for the morning test with all the hormones.

Well this is a lot more unusual than my previous pregnancy, I've started having symptoms super early. But my biggest shock was that I started leaking breast milk, not much but just enough to catch my attention. My milk dried up early on with my baby and I simply could not produce, just wondering from any mothers who have little babies and experiencing a new pregnancy, is this normal?
