Advice- I ate like poop today 😞
Hi ladies
So, let me be honest and say I am pre-diabetes. I can’t eat heavy carbs at all. I’ve been so good!!! I’m also overweight.. sigh.. I’ve lost a lot of weight before pregnancy but still got a way to go. I’m 13 weeks and have been diligent about diet.
Today.. was not that way lol I ate 3 slices of pizza, and 2 Oreo cupcakes.
Then hours later I ate a salad with salmon.
Then around 12:30AM I woke up and ate another 3 slices of pizza and 1 cupcake. Now sitting here typing this out of guilt 😂 😔
I just hope baby is ok...
Anyone else eat like this sometimes?
