Period
Has anyone had cramps so bad that they cried and could hardly move from havin their period? If so is there anything I can do to make the pain stop? I've tried heating pads, pamprin Max(supposed to work rapidly and take some of the pain away from cramps) and hot showers and none of it is seeming to work. Please help.
