I got on the mini pill after having my son I got me period back 5 weeks postpartum even tho I am breastfeeding. Currently almost 4 moths pp. I started it last month on the first day of my period. And took precautions during that the times we had sex. Usually I have a heavy period with no cramps for 8 days. This last one was a medium to light period cramps that made it so I could barely stand on day 2 and 11 days long. Currently 7 days late, nausea back pain and exhaustion. Should I be worried.
