Cervidil

I am scheduled for my induction next week at 39w+2d. It is an elective induction because I live an hour away from the hospital I’m delivering at and didn’t wanna risk not being able to make it, so my doctor said it was perfectly fine to have an elective induction. I am scheduled for a Cervidil placement, but I have never had it before. I was induced twice before but I was given pitocin both times. If you have received cervidil what was your experience with it? During the times I was induced, both went well btw!
