I’m just having a bad day... you really don’t need to read, I just need to write it down 😂

So it started last night when our son had the worst sleep known to man, so of course we’re all grumpy. I woke up and opened my husbands phone to check the weather because mine was dead, and this man left porn open on his browser which I don’t mind, but I ask him not to let me know because it makes me feel insecure about myself (which is totally a me problem and I have to work on it), but I don’t blame him because I shouldn’t have been in his phone.

So we come downstairs and I’m making some coffee after he’s left, and all of a sudden I hear a crash. Turning around, my toddler has pulled the string of Christmas lights out of the wall to play with them 🤦‍♀️

So I’m now trying to put a screw back in the wall with a screwdriver (because my husband brought his drill with him to work) and all I’m succeeding in doing is putting a thousand more holes in the drywall.

Moving on, after my first cup of coffee finally, and I’m feeling like doing something productive so I start cleaning the living room. My son come SCREAMING from the kitchen because I’m putting all his things away, so now I feel like the bitchy witch who ruined playtime 😅

Kiddo is, of course, so tired from all the sleepless shenanigans last night that he needs a early nap and of course will only sleep on top of me since he’s so overtired. So I’m sitting here with my third cup of coffee, and sleeping toddler on me, house still a disaster, and Im texting my husband telling him that I’m having a not so great day, and this wonderful man says “I think we need to order pizza for dinner”

Hopefully my day starts to look up soon 😂 if you’ve read this far into this tired mamas rant, thank you... you’re a sweet soul ❤️
