Has anyone had low hcg levels and baby is fine?

My doc thinks I’m miscarrying because I’m supposed to be 5 weeks pregnant and my hcg levels state I’m 2 weeks. 
Has anyone had this happen to them? Is so what’s your story? 
Please share. We are really upset and confused.

Ok let me see if I understood correctly your level of HGC is 96 and do you how far a long ? You mentioned 2 weeks pregnant I think but are you counting since the first day of your last period ? Or when you missed your period on ? 
When doctor did my first blood test I was exactly 4 weeks and my HGC was 37 and it keep doubling and a bit more I’m 20+2 weeks right now and baby girl passed all her test and anatomy scan with amazing numbers doctor also told me my numbers were a bit low but she never mentioned the word miscarriage as longes they double every 24 to 48 hours is good please let me know if my info help you and if you have more question I’m happy to tell all my story :)

Update: today’s tests show my levels are 92.3 😔 I’m worried this will end in miscarriage 😭
