Help with sippy cup!!!
So i kind of messed up! My 12 month old daughter refuses to hold her own cup! She used to do it no problem but then we had constipation issues due to her not drinking enough water so I started offering it to her and holding it for her more frequently. Now I know she can as she holds her own pouches of apple sauce , yogurt, feeds herself ect with no problems. Do I just stop doing it and hope she gets thirsty enough?
