Slow-fe?

So I passed my 3hr diabetes test, but found out I have low iron, so doctor told me to buy "slow-fe" so I just started them yesterday, and I've been so sick to my stomach since & my stomach has been cramping bad.. Can anyone tell me if they had any side effects of slow-fe?

Iron has always made me sick when I take it. I would suggest asking if they can give you a lower dose and raise it each week or perhaps you break the pill your on now and take it twice a day.

Did you eat something with it? Oh and plz drink plenty of water cause it will constipate you.
