Why do I feel so dizzy ? Or lightheaded. I don’t know how to explain it but you know when you are asleep and you wake up because you feel or dream that you are falling ? Well I feel that all the time, awake or asleep. I get so dizzy and my eye sight gets blurry.

I felt somewhat similar I had low iron bow taking a iron pill to help

I have this and my doctor stayed I most likely had low blood pressure and was dehydrated

Do you have low blood pressure? Try increasing your fluid intake and make sure you bring it up to your dr.

Increased blood flow during pregnancy can help cause that. Dehydration can too. How far along are you? I definitely felt like that towards the beginning and my irons not low, but it also wouldn’t hurt bringing it up with your doctor and having that ruled out.
