Had my first appointment today. While doing the internal she felt something that she wanted to double check wasn’t an ectopic pregnancy. I had an ultrasound done this afternoon. They saw a gestational sac in my uterus so all was good there. She thinks she may have started seeing a yoke sac form but not positive. I asked if it looked like I was 6 weeks 2 days. She said they can’t measure until they can see a baby. She said she was t expecting to see anything this early. I read all these post about people at 5 weeks something and they already saw a baby and a heartbeat. I’m so nervous that she didn’t see anything. I have to go back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound. Any positive vibes?

P.S. I’m 42, did not think we could have kids. Did fertility treatments 6 years ago. We adopted two kids since. So I am super paranoid about everything since I never even thought this was possible and now I’m “old” to be pregnant.
