Rash? Eczema? Breastmilk Allergy?

Hey guys long time no talk, it’s been a little over 2 years and in that time we’ve had another baby! He is going on 4 months and can’t seem to shake this bad rash. I wanted to see if any moms have had this same problem or seen this type of rash before because when I had my daughter it was fairly easy. She never had any problems like this.

Backstory - The first doctors visit his doctor said it’s eczema, the second doctors trip she said must be a food allergy from my breastmilk (like dairy or eggs) and now we have an appointment with an allergist on Monday.

She told me there’s nothing to do to help it go away. I’ve tried breastmilk baths, I’ve even tried making my own breastmilk “miracle” cream that i mix with pure coconut oil and it helped his eczema but this rash is sooo different. He also has a lot of yellowish oil coming out of his skin from his neck that is staining his clothes and his doctor said that’s apart of eczema but i think it’s strange she’s saying there’s basically no helping. Any recommendations to help my poor guy out? Has anyone seen this rash with a allergy to dairy in breastmilk? Thanks ladies!
