Concerned for signs of autism, 10.5 months old

Our doctor was very dismissive when I bought it up at 9month appointment, however the CDC website has a list of milestones and says discuss with your doctor if your baby isn’t meeting these.

He’s only 10.5 months, so is this normal? He’s a standing, crawling, playing, happy laughing baby. He flaps his hands (mostly when excited for food or playing, occasionally frustrated) and rocks sometimes. He responds to his name about 70% of the time. He does NOT clap, point or wave goodbye - all the websites say it’s abnormal for him to not be doing that yet. He babbles mamama/dadada, but not 24/7.

I’m not looking for a diagnosis or even medical advice, but moms with other kids this age - do these behaviors seem normal to you? I would hate for our doctor to be ignoring a serious complaint but thus far we just assumed he was behind on a few things. On the flip side, I hate to worry about things that are totally normal baby behaviors.
