I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow...I've been cramping in my stomach and my back (haven't tracked it) lots of tightening and loosening in my stomach, loose BM, and I just threw up not too long ago, lots of heartburn and acid reflux..now I know some of these are normal pregnancy symptoms but they've just been noticeably worse...should I call L&D, am I going into labor? What's going on? Also headaches
