Teen pregnancy

So I was reading on the internet but was getting mixed signals and was hoping someone could helpšŸ˜…. I’m currently 17 years old. I had sex on the 19th of September and my partner was worried about pre-cum and said there was a chance I might be pregnant. I dismissed the idea at first but my period is now late. I have a pregnancy test but I’m not sure how long exactly after conception it’s meant to be taken? The box says 3-5 days before your period but my period was meant to be scheduled 3 days after I had sex so I’m not sure if that’s accurate or if there’s going to be enough HCG in my blood steam for the test to detect yet??

Also for if I am pregnant I don’t live with my parents and the house I currently reside in wouldn’t be appropriate to raise a child (And no I’m not going to consider abortion or adoption) so does anyone have any advice on any financial help I would be able to receive in terms of housing and enough to get me on my feet because I’m still in college. I think I’m eligible to apply for universal credit but not exactly sure how to šŸ˜…

And not to be rude or anything but Please if you’re going to come with comments like ā€œif you don’t know this you shouldn’t be having sex in the first placeā€ just scroll past this post and don’t comment. I need advice not criticism

And to all the people that do actually help Thankyou🄺I appreciate it so much
