Hard poop
My lo is 10 months today. This past week we have been dealing with very hard poop. To the point I have had to help get it out twice while she is crying in pain. We haven't changed her diet other than dropping her dream feed.
Has anyone dealt with this? What has helped?
I'm giving her prunes, pears, oatmeal... trying to get her to drink more water. She is not a good drinker even with her formula.
