Do your family know you're an atheist or agnostic?
Coming from a catholic south american household, I never really disclosed it with them, but I also do not disclose aspects of my personal life with them. I stopped going to bible Sunday classes as a teen and havent attended mass for years unless for special occasions - my grandpa's death, family wedding ceremonies. They stopped insisting. I suspect they know it, but it is sort of a forbidden topic between us. They dont ask, I dont mention.
