So I haven’t bebe able to workout this week Bc of work. I work at chick fil a which I’m running around like crazy so I don’t think it would be too devastating that I didn’t workout. I only been able to eat breakfast and a small dinner at 10pm. I gained 2 pounds this week. Do you think It’s fat or my body retaining water eight or something?
