Our OB brags about his accuracy at 16 weeks 😂 sure enough he was right with our last one! This time we went in hoping to find out as it was also my husband’s birthday but he got called into surgery last minute so we had to settle for a Doppler with the NP. 20 weeks can’t get here fast enough now 😂

I’d say it depends on the position of the baby. Some cooperate some don’t. With my first we didn’t find out until 19 weeks, he was shy the whole time before 😅 now with our second we got a ‘probably’ at 11 weeks and 100% at 13 weeks this little guy is a show off 😂

Some doctors might! My OB won’t tell me the gender (even guesses) until my 20 week anatomy scan. They won’t even guess any earlier because they want to be absolutely certain. And I guess it’s easiest to determine at the anatomy scan. My husband hasn’t been allowed at appointments so we scheduled an elective one at 16w4d at a gender boutique where we live to find out the gender. And so my husband can see babe on an ultrasound in person. This boutique says they can tell the gender with 99% accuracy at 15 weeks. Here’s to hoping they’re right 🤞🏻😂
