I’m so down

So I’m a small petite girl and my first baby i always hated the comment “your so tiny” baby was born healthy 6lbs. Well I’m pregnant with my second and im getting “oh your smaller this pregnancy” and I’m 6 months.. I did show sooner I thought I was a little bigger this pregnancy but what makes me upset is I have something rare called circumvallate placenta which my doctor explained it as my placenta is abnormal and is shaped sort of like a cloud instead of flat and it curves meaning baby could possibly not get all the nutrients she needs and also low oxygen.. so to here ppl say this even though they don’t know the situation really upsets me that my baby isn’t growing and this is my current situation that’s going on. I wish people just shut up. Of course I know I’m hormonal as well but I’m ready to be done already.. I go for another ultrasound at 34 weeks to make sure baby is growing fine and hopefully she is
