Sleeping?

Question

My bubs is just over 3 weeks old and is a super loud sleeper he grunts gargles squeaks and just moves around so much in his sleep, is there any way I can help him sleep better through the night or is it something unavoidable and he’ll just grow out of it. He’s so loud I keep waking up thinking he needs me or something’s wrong but he is always just sleeping. I’m a FTM so super anxious about every little noise he makes.

You’ll get used to most of the noises - but we did move our baby into his own room at 5 months (it’s recommended to roomshare until at least 6 months) and it was the best thing I did for my sanity. I finally was able to get some rest because I wasn’t hearing every little noise. But then I was worried because I wasn’t hearing every little noise 🤣 you can’t win them all.

Eventually you’ll get used to his noises and learn to sleep through them a little more and wake up to the ones that mean he needs you. He’ll sleep more soundly eventually too. For now his little body is still just learning.
