Thrush? Rash?

Does anyone have any idea what this might be? He just got it a few days ago as a few little bumps but it seems more irritated and a few more have popped up. Could it be the A&D diaper cream clogging his skin pores or something else?

Haven’t seen anything like this before...it almost looks like little burns or ant bites...maybe allergy to a product you’ve used on your baby? 
What ever the reason is- call your doc and let him see what’s going on. It really doesn’t look good and you don’t wanne risk an infection

I would have it checked ASAP. Looks very uncomfortable.

I honestly haven’t seen anything like that before. I would call the pediatrician.
