Baby consistently having runny poops

My daughter is going on 8 months. The last few weeks she was having blowouts like every other day. I was constantly washing her clothes because her poops were so runny they would just pour out of the diaper.

I had a video appt with her dr and she suggested switching formula to just regular infant formula so I did. It’s only been 3-4 days she’s been on the new formula and it seems like the diarrhea has gotten worse! Poops runs up her back every day every time she poops. She doesn’t cry or anything just one little push and it’s everywhere. Is it just her adjusting to the new formula? Any other tips?
