I highly suggest these! Do some research on them to see if they will work best for you. These are free of chemicals unlike tampons, you can wear them for up to 12 hours, you will save money & produce less waste which is great for the environment. As long as you insert them correctly you should have no leakage but it will take practice to get it just right if you have problems at first. Menstrual cups are revolutionary 😂👌

I tried to use one for over two years but never got used to it, could always feel it poking me and found it ackward to remove, but I'd like to try a different brand and see if it fits me better.
