Just wondering...
What’s something you have given up this cycle that maybe you didn’t prior? Or maybe this is your first cycle what have you decided to give up and why?
Mine is caffeine, I have been a caffeine addict for most of my adult life including some teen years.now when I say addict I mean these last couple years I could drink 2 pots of coffee with energy drinks and would still be exhausted. It didn’t seem to do anything for me beside the fact I enjoyed it. Maybe to much? While waiting for this transfer I decided to give up all caffeine besides the random instances that I may find it in something. I started drinking herbal tea in the morning. I actually feel soo soo sooo much better without now!
I will say that with my past transfers while I did try my best not to drink so much I always found myself wanting more. I always wondered if it may have contributed to my first loss at 16 weeks...so this time I cut it out completely!
