Threatening miscarriage

I had a miscarriage in June last year and with that pregnancy I just felt something was off.

This time I felt completely different until last Wednesday when I passed some clots, then have had a dark brown on the TP when I wipe. Had fresh blood on Friday so rushed to the gyne mine was away so had a different one. Did a scan and it measures 4 wks and he thinks I’m having a threatening miscarriage. Either somethings irritating it or there is a chromosomal problem and it will miscarry. Was given meds and told to go home and rest and see my gyne on Tuesday. I’ve still had the brown spotting but comes and goes.

Saw my gyne yesterday and that was a mess the nurse was supposed to call me in the morning and forgot and called me as I walked into their office. So we had a mini consult in the passage I had to go do blood tests and then again on Thursday and only come in on Monday unless she calls me.

I’ve had cramping and some red blood yesterday and some today most of the time it’s brown. I’m feeling sad and lost and feel like I’ve failed.
