At least 70% of women with chlamydia don't notice any symptoms. If they do get symptoms, the most common include: pain when urinating unusual vaginal dischargepain in the tummy or pelvis pain or bleeding during sex bleeding after sex bleeding between periods heavier periods than usual 
If chlamydia is left untreated, it can spread to the womb and cause a serious condition called pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). This is a major cause of ectopic pregnancy and infertility in women.

Chlamydia is a viral infection. Here's the symptoms, I just googled it:

burning with urination,an abnormal vaginal discharge,abdominal or pelvic pain,blood in the urine,urinary urgency (feeling an urgent need to urinate),and increased urinary frequency.

It's easily cured with antibiotics, but if you think you have it you should go to the doctor ASAP because it can cause permanent damage if it spreads.

This is the kind of stuff you should know about before you have sex.

Well you can have abnormal smelling/looking discharge, burning when peeing, itchiness... However I would like to point out, chlamydia won't have symptoms with women many times. I went to the doctor to get tested for STDs just to be safe since I had already started having unprotected sex. I felt as good as can be... They told me I had chlamydia. I didn't have one single complaint of symptoms. The symptoms can also be a sign of a yeast infection, UTI, vaginitis (all of which are NOT STDs incase you don't know)...
