Doctor told me looks like my period is coming..

I have PCOS and rarely ovulate on my own. Last Saturday (09/26) I ovlated on my own and got my first positive OPKS. I told my doctor this and had an ultrasound done. She told me my lining is thick and looks like I might start my period soon, that she already sees another egg getting ready to go??

Have any of you ever had a doctor who said you were going to start, but were actually pregnant? I’m just 5 DPO but was really thinking this was my month :-(

Bloodwork to be done on Monday and starting CLOMID 10/20. Interested to hear your opinions/ stories.
