Feel like ill never get my bfp

I been trying for 7 years had 3 ivfs done and it look like it started to take but lost it, I'm so sad and feel like I should just give up. And on top of it all my sister and 2 friends just had there baby's. To make things more upsetting I can afford to have another <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> for about 6 years😵
