OTC progesterone cream? Any advice ? Does it work? I’m thinking all my miscarriages were caused by low progesterone. Dr refuses to check so I’m just wondering if an OTC would work Incase I’m pregnant until I can be seen by a new OBGYN

I switched to a specialist who tested each week, and after 3 mc when it dropped again, she put me on progesterone oil shots, my levels went from 12 to 55, and then stabilized so to me it was worth switching doctors.  After 10 weeks i then switched back to my regular ob

I’m following this because I want to know as well. My doctor said she didn’t believe in the progesterone theory either. But she did agree to test it.
