Tips for sleeping coming on the end?

Any ladies have any secret tips for hip and pubic pain while sleeping? I’m 37 weeks so I know the end is near but omg my pubic area and hips are so sore only when I sleep and getting up to pee is becoming a real pain. I’m starting to consider sleeping upright on the couch for some relief. 😅

Stretch before bed and have a million pillows around you, especially between your legs

I have my boppy (the maternity pillow version) made in to a donut shape so my hip can sit inside of it and my belly is still supported. Then a pillow in between my legs. I still toss and turn.. but I’m 39 weeks tomorrow so I guess that’s to be expected. No hip pain in the morning though.

I found that having a medium thickness  pillow in between my thighs to knee has helped so much with sore hips.

With my first I ended up sleeping on the recliner because there was just no getting comfortable horizontally.

Been having that pain since 16 weeks and I’m 35 weeks now ... I do some exercises on a exercise ball and I sleep with a U-Pillow and pillows between my legs

An epsom salt bath nightly helps. Pelvic rocks, and deep squats. Along with a body pillow.

My pubic bone is literally killing me and I’m only 32+6 weeks! Also we need tips for backache while sleeping please! 😭
