Failed first glucose test
Just wanted to vent that I failed and I’m so upset at myself and my body. I scored 148 and a normal score is 140. I have to return for the 3 hour test in 5 days....
Any advice and tips would be highly appreciated - thank you....😔
I’m also a little bit anemic.
