Anyone else having insomnia?

I'm 4 weeks and every night lately i wake up to pee and can't fall back asleep for about an hour! It's so frustrating! I'm just wide awake. Anyone else?

YES! I'm only 4 weeks and I am wide awake all night long and then of course exhausted all day. Very frustrating and worried this lack of sleep is unhealthy. Let's hope this doesn't last long and we can get some much needed rest. Good luck!

It's comforting knowing I'm not the only one that wakes up at 4 am and hangs out in bed pretending to go back to sleep for the next two hours until I actually have to get up for work. 😕

I think I have some mild insomnia. Only because I am super excited and it's still sinking in. I am also very nervous and scared as well. I haven't even missed my period yet. So that's been on my mind..keeping me awake.

Insomnia was my first pregnancy symptom. It seems to get worse with every baby for me. Pregnant with #3 and let me tell you it is no fun waking up at 3:30am faithfully to pee and never fall back asleep while having a 5 and 2 year old.

My main issue is falling asleep, I toss and turn for at least an hour. Last night I woke up to pee and I swear I woke up like every hour

I've had a healthy sleeping habit of 10 or 11pm to 7 or somewhere around that,but now I fall asleep quickly and wake up early in the morning (3-6am) and can't fall back asleep. I've hears it's normal. Almost 7 weeks here

I definitely had that. Because of anxiety and because my whole body feels just different and uncomfortable. Going to talk to my doctor about it and see what she recommends. I feel exhausted some days but still can't sleep! Due July 27th

It's so weird because I'm exhausted at night but it takes me awhile to fall asleep. Then when I take my usual 3am potty break it will take me a while to fall asleep.. The struggle is real lol

✋ and it sucks thur-sun cause we work 5a-5p so when I have to get up to pee at 330 there's no going back
