I’m 21 weeks and every now and then I get incredibly sharp pains on my lower right abdomen. I am suffering from constipation but I feel as though something is there! It feels tender to press and just constantly aching like something heavy is there. It’s been like this since the beginning. Maybe it’s ligament pain, or my low placenta? Or the baby laying on an organ? I am just hoping it’s nothing to worry about as the pains can be quite scary. I’m hoping it’s not my appendix 🤔 surely they would have seen that on the last scan, they said my ovary looks fine. Any advice ladies? Xx
