GI issues after gallbladder removal

So I had to have an emergency gallbladder removal 8 months ago after having my daughter. Ever since then I have been dealing with horrible diarrhea after eating. I’ve seen the doctor and all she had to say was “ that happens to me too, just take immodium and a probiotic” so she was no help at all. I’ve also been having these episodes where I will have diarrhea and then have this pain deep in my chest (like a little lower than right between my boobs) that feels like food is stuck or something. Then I will get incredibly nauseous and end up throwing up. Then immediately after throwing up my face, lips, chest, scalp, will get red and itch like crazy like an allergic reaction or something? I just don’t know what could be going on and I’m so discouraged by my doctor. I’m searching for a new one right now.

But does anyone have anything like this happen and know what’s going on or any advice for me???
