Should a stay at home mom get breaks too?

I am a stay at home mom. It’s definitely not easy and if i had the chose to work I’ll be glad to. But, paying the babysitter wouldn’t make sense to work since the money I’ll be making will probably go to her majority of the time. My SO works in the week days and I give him breaks on that but, when it comes to the weekends it seems like he has more breaks and I ask for one he would only give me 30mins. I literally just cried right now and he calls me salty for it.. I don’t get breaks and if I do it would be the basic human needs that shouldn’t consider breaks like taking a shower ect. I want to vent this to my parents but, they tend to throw it in my face later one. I don’t know what to do.. i told him my concerns my feelings everything. Am far from my family I don’t even know anyone near me.
