My period is late and I’m nervous

My period was suppose to start yesterday. So I tried to induce my period today by gently pleasing myself and after I was done I went to go pee immediately afterwards and when I wiped myself I saw a little blood so I thought it worked and then later today like just now I don’t see anything and now I’m nervous because I’ve never been late. I feel I’ve been careful, I’ve been using condoms. If they break it’s like in the middle of sex and not when he’s nutted. So as far as I know there’s been no accidents. I’m nervous and confused rn 😞
