The bonding moment I just had with my brother 🤣

My brother and I weren’t close until he had kids. She found out she was pregnant and I was flipping excited and then I became very close to my SIL. Now I have twin nieces. They called me because one of the babies had a piece of grass in her eye and they couldn’t get it out so I come over and I try to get it out and I couldn’t (I have like a million years worth of experience in childcare so they call me when my mom isn’t available)

And I was like you’re gonna have to take her to urgent care like I cannot get this out of her eye 🤷‍♀️ I felt like I was just irritating her eye and getting nowhere.

Well anyways my SIL had a doctors appointment so she took one twin with her and my brother was going to take the other twin to urgent care to get her eye flushed.

Then we call my mom and my mom is like “just get some milk in a syringe and flush it out.” And I’m like well okay.

So my brother is sitting there with his baby trying to get this stupid piece of grass out of her eye and he was like “I swear I don’t need to go to urgent care, I can get this out. Help me get it out.” I said “I don’t know what else to do man. I tried and I don’t know, just take her in.”

And then for some reason I was like okay I’m grabbing her eye and holding it open, when I do that, spray the milk into her eye.

*swoosh* lmfao he was like “oh crap I sprayed too hard.” And it freaked her out so I wiped her face and said “it’s okay you are okay sweet baby.” And she smiled at me and that’s when I noticed that the piece of grass was on her nose. He succeeded at flushing her eye and got that piece of grass out!

He was like “WHAT! We got it out! We got it out! Thank you auntie!” He was jumping up and down 🤣

It was a sweet moment lol. These babies are like the glue to the family
