Is it wrong to sleep with a friend’s ex-fling?

Is it wrong to sleep with a guy after your friend has dealt with him? They weren’t necessarily a couple, but they would hang out and slept together a few times. 
Am I a bad friend for entertaining the guy, or is he fair game since they never dated?

It all depends on how many years it’s been. If they had a kid together, lived together, were engaged or married definitely do not but if it was just 5 months in high school or anything less than a year it really doesn’t matter. My friends could date my ex’s it doesn’t matter I’m just repulsed by them and I for sure never go back to them so that trash is all theirs. If my current boyfriend and I break up (we’re currently planning on moving in together and he’s said he has plans to marry me to my mother but I overheard lol) that’s definitely break girl code. My current boyfriend is the only man I’ve ever gotten this far with.
