We’re they indents?

Today I am 3 days late for my period. I’ve been cramping and thinking it’s going to come but it doesn’t, along with absolutely no appetite and very nauseous. I took 2 first response early results yesterday. The first one was SMU and had the faintest line. So I did a 4 hour hold and took an afternoon test with an even stronger line that was pink. Still faint, but definitely more noticeable than the first tests line. Well this morning I took another frer with FMU and it’s completely negative. I DONT UNDERSTAND. I’ve gotten plenty of indents on Frer, but I usually don’t trust them because I know they’re most likely indents. But the line I got yesterday was pink and more noticeable than any indent I’ve ever seen. Has anyone ever had this happen?
