When to make my first appointment

So I got a positive test on Wednesday when should I make my first appointment should I wait till after the holiday

Call your OBGYN and tell them you recently got a positive test and ask what their procedure is. My doctor wanted to see me the day after I found out, but my cousins doc didn't want to see her until 10 weeks

I really like my doctor I see and I guess I will wait till January to see her I was told if I had any problems I could come in right away this will be my second baby I have a 2 yr old son my husband doesn't like that I will not be seen until January but it's what I have to stay with I also like the hospital I will deliver at to

Yes it's 10 weeks is when they will see me that's not till January 4th I just don't know what to feel right now

I found out Monday first pregnancy and I'm
5wks 5 days 
They won't see me till December 16
I'm switching to a different practice because of the hospital that I want to deliver in but they do not see people until 8 to 10 weeks
