Not currently but I was a SW a couple years ago, also online. 
Truth be told, I didn't tell my parents but I did tell a couple of people that I'm very close to. The ones I did tell were really understanding and supportive! 
I think you just need to pick and choose who you tell and how.
I told my folks I worked in an office (the studio) for a prn producer (kinda true) and assisted clients with online support (I mean..... not wrong). That was enough for them, and I was still able to tell them about some of the wild encounters I had by spinning it a little!
Yes, I understand this is a lie. But sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
