Tmi but uncontrolled poo after banging

Guys I don’t know what just happened I just had sex with my husband we are now ttc so after a few mins I went to the bathroom to clean up like always. I didn’t feel anything out of the ordinary but when I went in the bathroom I smelled this foul odor and I asked him if he just went #2 in there. It was me!!! I don’t even know when it came out. When I wiped there was poo that came out on my toilet paper. It was only in my butt. It took me 3x of wiping to get all cleaned up.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?! Why did this happen?! I’m so freaked out. Last time I went to the bathroom #2 was this afternoon at least 6 hours ago?!! I’m so confused
