Working out ???
New to working out. My goal is just to tone my legs and grow a booty 😂 😂
Anyway question is can I work out the same area that is still sore from the last time? I worked out legs and glutes(sp) on Tuesday I was extremely sore yesterday and didn’t work out. Today I’m just a little sore. Is it okay to do the same workout with only one day rest between?
That’s the only area I want to focus on at this time. TIA
